CREATIVE
I’m a creative manager with 15+ years in retail marketing and leading brilliant designers. I’m all about people, ideas, and making work feel good. Right now, I’m expanding my skills in coaching, creative education and inclusive design, because helping others grow and creating spaces where everyone can thrive is what really motivates me.
DUNELM
Oversee a team of designers, leading design for the website, app, and social channels, and collaborating with other creative managers on CRM and conceptual creative.
INTO THE WOODS
Lead the creative direction for an independent forest school in Leicestershire supporting families and children with neurodiversity needs, producing both digital and print assets.
Illustration
I enjoy drawing botanicals and animals, turning them into framed prints and cushions for family gifts and occasional craft markets. I work freehand, then use Illustrator to add colour and refine the final designs.
COACHING
I’m currently working towards a Level 5 Coaching Professional qualification. I’ve always naturally enjoyed being curious, supporting others, and leading people, so I’m excited to build some formal training and structure around something I’m already passionate about.
